Biography:
Nick is a TV psychological coach, world-renowned leadership and innovation expert and Cambridge-educated philosopher. He works with pioneering organisations to create and sustain (through culture change) breakthrough and disruptive innovations with positive social and environmental impact and in doing so become Switched On businesses and teams.
He launched the world’s only peer-to-peer coaching toolkit, making creative leadership and collaboration coaching available to all. He runs The Impact Accelerator, an intensive programme designed to help innovators and entrepreneurs accelerate their good intentions into world-changing impact.
He has had his own 4-part series on BBC and has been a guest life coach on Radio 1 and on MTV. He has produced immersive experiences and meditations for BBC’s mental wellbeing campaign which were accessed by tens of thousands; and has been featured in publications such as The Guardian, The Sunday Times, The Financial Times, OK!, Take It Easy, Look, Top Sante, Cosmopolitan and Pick Me Up.
